PM test qui a la responsabilité d’assurer la coordination des activités tests pour la géographie France, dans le cadre du déploiement d’un nouvel écosystème digital dans un contexte de la transformation de nos « business lines » auto et habitation.

Contexte

Dans le cadre de ses activités, notre client recherche un responsable du cycle « Purchase to Pay » pour son équipe Control et reporting, sous la responsabilité du Manager de la comptabilité
statutaire. Vous serez le garant du passif des entités légales France et assurerez le suivi et l’analyse
des impacts business et réglementaires. Vous aurez également la responsabilité des relations avec

Client IT Procurement has important upcoming challenges in a context of a major IT transformation.

They're looking for a Senior IT Buyer able to:

• Manage the buying activities of its Customer & Lifestyle Business Unit, based in Ireland. Regular travels are expected.
• Contribute to identify and build procurement synergies with the IT Central, where he/she will be based, notably through Data analytics
• Lead major RFPs, key for the IT Target Operating Model and impacting 10+ countries most notably
  Renewal of a major Off-Shore contract with objectives to drive down costs but also build a strong partnership
  Selecting a single vendor to manage our telephony plateform
  Find an integrator to manage BAU on one of our key solution (guidewire)

The consultant should be able to deliver:

• Capturing needs based on interaction with IT / Business owners
• Best in class RFP documentation
• Studies on spend analysis to identify synergies and action plan
• Contract review / due diligence documents

Technical environnement

• Agile contract

• Interaction with Group procurement
• Interaction wiht IT / Business owners to understand their needs

Profile

Prefered experience

Buyer with strong experience in the IT field, in running important RFP but also contribute on the rationalization of spend through data analytics and build of synergies in an international context.
