Being accountable of promo business continuity after go-live, including promo tool, promo processes and usage of data provided by the tool to external applications (Sales force, logistics, sales forecast)


  • Take an organization-wide view of the promotion end to end processes, including other satellite applications and business implications
  • Be the single point of contact of Project team (internal & external) about business topics
  • Matrix management of sales operations team and Key users during all project phases
  • Be constantly in contact with involved business teams to ensure process as they are managed in the tool fit their needs
  • Understand and defend business needs, being flexible enough to propose efficient solutions.
  • Identify external impacts in coordination with internal & external teams (data, process, change)
  • Create and update documentation about all promo processes & training documents
  • Alert management in advance if project derails from a business perspective (quality of deliverables, testing timing…)
  • Share project milestones with key users and stakeholders under a business angle
  • Go-live support, training of key users & final users
  • Give support to secure post go-live hypercare period and monitor tool acceptance level


  • Mandatory knowledge of French Trade promo processes & mechanics
  • Mandatory experience in a Category Planning or Key Account team in France
  • Project management skills, pragmatism, pressure resistance
  • Agility in complex, global & matricial organizations
  • Relationship skills : Relational ease, pragmatism, being both business oriented and able to take into account technical constraints + enough authority to challenge both internal & external parties
  • Business acumen
  • French mother tongue
  • Very good English level
  • Affinity with business topics & Information Systems / sales tools environment
